Overview

Inbox Priority AI helps users summarize and prioritize emails. The first version connects to Gmail only after the user grants permission through Google OAuth.

Email Access

The app requests read-only Gmail access. It does not read emails from the iOS Mail app or local device mail storage.

Data We Process

To provide summaries and priority labels, the service may process email sender, subject, timestamp, preview, selected email content, unread/replied status, and related metadata.

Data We Store

We do not permanently store full email bodies. We store summaries and metadata such as sender, timestamp, subject, priority, priority reason, and recommended action.

OAuth Tokens

OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored securely and encrypted before backend storage. Tokens are used only to fetch email data the user has authorized.

AI Processing

Email content may be sent to an AI model to generate summaries, priority labels, explanations, and recommended actions. We do not use user email content to train AI models without explicit consent.

User Control

Users can disconnect their account and request deletion of stored summaries and metadata.
